自北京时间2020年8月6日凌晨0时起，若送达仓库的A+物流计划订单包裹的任一边长大于55cm，则该包裹将按“（长 x 宽 x 高）/8000”计算体积重（即泡重），单位为kg。最终运费将按照体积重和实际称重中的较大者计算。

目前，A+物流计划泰国路向暂时不接受申报价值超过200美元的包裹；因此，如果商户需配送申报价值超过200美元的泰国路向包裹订单，请通过WishPost 申诉工具页面，在线提交申诉将该订单从A+物流计划中移除，并直发该订单。

泰国个人包裹海关免税额为1500泰铢，目前泰国路向的A+物流计划提供包税服务，wish商户无需额外缴费。

2. What are the dimensions and weight limits for packages delivered to Advanced Logistics Program warehouse (Thailand-bound orders)?
The dimension and weight limits for packages depend on the product types: general products/special products, and sensitive products.
Note that special products = products with built-in ion or button battery; sensitive products = products not categorized as general or special products, including but not limited to external batteries, powder, cream- or paste-texture products, knives, nail polish, nail gel, electronic cigarettes, lighters, etc.
Please note that starting August 6, 2020 12:00AM Beijing Time, for all Advanced Logistics Program orders arriving at the corresponding warehouses after this time with the length of any side exceeding 55cm, the packages’ length, width, and height will be measured.
The dimension weight of the packages will be calculated as (Length x Width x Height) / 8,000 (measured in kg). And shipping fees will be charged based on the dimension weight or actual weight of the packages, whichever is greater.
3. What is the maximum declared value of the package acceptable to Advanced Logistics Program for Thailand-bound orders?
Currently, the Advanced Logistics Program for Thailand-bound orders does NOT accept packages with declared value above $200 USD; if merchants ship Thailand-bound orders whose packages’ declared value is above $200 USD, please navigate to WishPost > the Dispute Toolkits page, and submit an online dispute to remove the corresponding orders from the Advanced Logistics Program and directly drop ship.
4. Are there any product categories unsupported by the Advanced Logistics Program for Thailand-bound orders?

Merchants should properly declare special or sensitive products in Post. In addition, when packaging sensitive products, please ensure safety during various processes from warehouses to destinations, including transportation, customs clearance, and customers unpacking.
5. Tax-related information
Thailand personal parcel customs tax allowance is 1500 Thai Baht. Currently, the Advanced Logistics Program logistics partner provides tax-inclusive services, and merchants do not need to pay extra fees.
