8.8违背Wish商户政策

如果商户利用Wish政策为自己谋利，该商户账户将面临被暂停的风险。

8.9关联账户被暂停

如果商户与另一个账户被暂停交易的商户关联，则前者的账户将有被暂停交易的风险。

8.10高退款率

如果商户的退款率过高，其账户将面临被暂停交易的风险。

8.11高主动退款率

如果商户的主动退款率过高，其账户将面临被暂停交易的风险。

8.12高拒付比率

如果商户的拒付率过高，其商户账户将面临被暂停交易的风险。

8.13注册多个商户账户

若商户在Wish平台注册了多个账户，其账户将面临被暂停交易的风险。

8.14应用无法证实的物流单号

如果商户有过多无法证实的物流单号，则其账户将面临被暂停的风险。

8.15向用户发送空包裹

如果商户向用户发送空包裹，其账户将面临被暂停的风险。

8.16应用虚伪物流单号

若商户应用虚伪物流单号，其账户将面临赔款或暂停交易的风险。

8.17包裹送至错误地址

如果商户有过多的包裹被配送至错误地址，则其账户将面临被暂停交易的风险。

8.18高延时确认实行率

如果商户账户的延时确认实行率过高，则其账户将面临被暂停的风险。

8.19禁售品和/或虚伪物流订单比例高

若商户的禁售品订单和/或应用虚伪物流单号的订单比例过高，那么其账户将面临暂停交易、付款暂扣和产品曝光量限制的处分。禁售品包含但不仅限于误导性产品。

8.20商户滋扰Wish员工或财产

Wish非常看重Wish员工、办公室和/或财产的安全。任何形式的滋扰、威逼、未经邀请地浏览Wish不动产所在地并谢绝分开，或任何针对Wish员工、办公室或财产的此类不当或非法行动，都将被处以赔款。若商户被发觉从事此类不当行动，该商户的账户款项将被永久扣留，且该商户将被处以每次违规$100,000.00*的赔款。

*此金额可按商户的本地货币盘算，且/或受商户政策11束缚。

8.13Registeringformultiplemerchantaccounts

IfamerchanthasregisteredformultipleaccountsonWish,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.14Usingunconfirmedtrackingnumbers

Ifamerchanthasanunacceptablyhighnumberoftrackingnumbersthatcannotbeconfirmed,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.15Sendingemptypackagestocustomers

Ifamerchantissendingemptypackagestocustomers,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.16Usingfaketrackingnumbers

Ifamerchantisusingfaketrackingnumbers,themerchantaccountisatriskofpenaltyorsuspension.

8.17Sendingpackagestothewrongaddress

Ifamerchanthasanunacceptablyhighnumberofpackagessenttothewrongaddress,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.18Highlateconfirmedfulfillmentrate

Ifamerchantaccounthasanunacceptablyhighlateconfirmedfulfillmentrate,themerchantaccountisatriskofsuspension.

8.19Highratioofprohibitedproductsand/ororderswithfaketracking

Ifamerchanthasanunacceptablyhighpercentageofordersfromprohibitedproductsand/orordersshippedwithfaketracking,theirmerchantaccountissubjecttosuspension,withheldpayments,anddecreasedimpressionsforproducts.Prohibitedproductsincludebutarenotlimitedtomisleadingproducts.

8.20MerchantharassmentofWishemployeesorproperty

WishtakesthesafetyofWishemployees,offices,and/orpropertiesveryseriously.Anyformofharassment,threats,uninvitedvisits,refusaltoleaveWishproperties,oranysuchinappropriateorunlawfulbehaviortowardsWishemployees,offices,orpropertieswillbepenalized.Ifamerchantisfoundtobeengagedintheseinappropriatebehaviors,themerchant’saccountpaymentswillbewithheldpermanentlyandthemerchantwillbepenalized$100,000.00*perincident.

*Thisamountmaybecalculatedinthemerchant’slocalcurrencyand/orbesubjecttoMerchantPolicy11.
