Wish平台订单实行政策介绍

对于收到订单的商户，及时、精确地实行订单是商户的首要义务。

5.1所有订单必需在5个自然日之内实行

如果订单在释放给商户后的5个自然日内未实行，该订单将被主动退款，且相应产品可能会被下架。对于每个主动退款订单，商户将被处以$50.00*的赔款。

5.2若商户因商户政策5.1导致退款订单数目极高，其账户将被暂停

主动退款率是指依据商户政策5.1主动退款的订单数目与收到的订单总数之比。如果此比率非常高，商户账户将被暂停。

5.3如果商户的实行率非常低，其账户将被暂停

实行率是指已实行订单数与收到的订单总数之比。如果这个比率极低，商户账户将被暂停。

5.4符合确认妥投政策的订单必需应用Wish认可的能提供尾程物流跟踪信息的物流服务商进行配送。

确认妥投政策实用于订单金额超过以下相应 /地域阈值的订单。

订单金额为“数目x（商户设定价钱+商户设定运费）”。

**对于Wish合并计划涵盖的目标国/地域路向的订单，“商户设定运费”部分将包含预估WishPost运费。了解更多。

要求：

符合“确认妥投政策”的订单必需在订单释放时间起的7个自然日内确认实行；

订单必需应用Wish认可的能提供尾程物流跟踪信息的物流服务商进行配送；

订单须在可实行的30个自然日内由可确认妥投的物流服务商确认妥投。

无法到达上述要求的商户将面临被暂停账户的风险。

5Fulfillment

LastupdatedonJuly29,2022

Fulfillingorderspromptlyandaccuratelyisthenumberonepriorityofamerchantreceivingsales.

5.1Allordersmustbefulfilledin5calendardays

Ifanorderisnotfulfilledin5calendardaysaftertheorderisreleasedtothemerchant,itwillbeauto-refundedandtheassociatedproductmaybedisabled.Themerchantwillbepenalized$50.00*perauto-refundedorderinthiscase.

5.2IfamerchanthasanextremelyhighnumberofordersrefundedbyMerchantPolicy5.1,theiraccountwillbesuspended

Auto-refundratioisthenumberofordersautomaticallyrefundedduetoMerchantPolicy5.1overthenumberofordersreceived.Ifthisratioisextremelyhigh,theaccountwillbesuspended.

5.3Ifamerchantsfulfillmentrateisextremelylow,theiraccountwillbesuspended

Fulfillmentrateisthenumberofordersfulfilledoverthenumberofordersreceived.Ifthisrateisextremelylow,theiraccountwillbesuspended.

5.4OrdersthatqualifyfortheConfirmedDeliveryPolicymustbeshippedwithoneofourConfirmedDeliverycarriersthatprovidelastmiletracking.

TheConfirmedDeliveryPolicyaffectsordersthatareshippedtothefollowingcountrieswithanordervalueabovetheirrespectivethresholds.

Ordervalueisdefinedasquantity*(merchantprice+merchantshipping).

**TheMerchantShippingcomponentwillincludeanestimatedWishPostShippingamountforordersboundfordestinationcountriesincludedinWishsunificationinitiative.Learnmore.

Requirements:

OrdersthatqualifyfortheConfirmedDeliveryPolicymustbeconfirmedfulfilledwithin7calendardaysfromtheorderreleasedtime;

Ordersmustbeshippedbyoneofourqualifiedcarrierswithamethodthatprovideslast-miletracking;

OrdersmustbeconfirmeddeliveredbyoneofthequalifiedConfirmedDeliveryshippingcarrierswithin30calendardaysoftheorderbeingavailableforfulfillment.

Merchantsthatdonotmeettheserequirementsareatriskofaccountsuspension.
