更改商店面向的电子邮件地址

面向客户的邮箱是您的客户用于就产品、订单或其他关于您商店的问题与您联系的邮箱。这也是客户在收到您商店的订单通知时所显示的邮箱。

步骤：

PC：

1. 在 后台中，转到设置。

1. 点击商店详细信息。

2. 在联系信息部分中，点击编辑。

3. 在发件人邮箱字段中，输入您的地址。

4. 单击保存。

苹果系统：

1. 在 Shopify 应用中，转到商店 > 设置。

2. 在商店设置下，点击商店详细信息。

2. 在联系信息部分中，点击编辑。

3. 在发件人邮箱字段中，输入您的地址。

4. 单击保存。

安卓系统：

1. 在 Shopify 应用中，转到商店 > 设置。

更改店主的个人资料

店主的个人资料类似于员工的个人资料。店主用于登录 Shopify 的邮箱和密码与其个人资料相关联。

步骤：

1. 以店主身份登录您的商店。

2. 在 Shopify 后台，点击您的用户名和账户图片。

3. 点击管理账户。

4. 更新店主的账户信息。

5. 单击保存。

Change your store's customer-facing email address

Your customer-facing email address is the email address that your customers use to contact you about s, orders, or other questions that they have about your store. This is also the email address that's displayed to customers when they receive an order notification email from your store.

Steps:

PC：

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.

1. Click Store details.

2. In the Contact information section, click Edit.

3. In the Sender email field, enter your address.

4. Click Save.

iPhone：

1. From the Shopify app, go to Store > Settings.

2. Under Store settings, tap Store details.

1. Click Store details.

2. In the Contact information section, click Edit.

3. In the Sender email field, enter your address.

4. Click Save.

Android：

1. From the Shopify app, go to Store > Settings.

2. Under Store settings, tap Store details.

1. Clik Store details.

2. In the Contact information section, click Edit.

3. In the Sender email field, enter your address.

4. Click Save.

Change the store owner's profile

The store owner has a profile that's similar to staff. The email address and password that the store owner uses to log in to Shopify are associated with their profile.

Steps:

1. Log in to your store as the store owner.

2. From your Shopify admin, click your username and account picture.

3. Click Manage account.

4. Update the store owner's account information.

5. Click Save.
