包含运输费

从2020年9月28日开始，“已包含运费”（SFI）航运渠道将不再对所有卖家开放。例外情况仅适用于销售虚拟商品的卖家（例如，电子代金券）

如果您不出售虚拟商品，请继续更新您的商品清单以反映适当的运输渠道。不销售虚拟商品的卖家将在9月28日取消“已包括运费”。

对于虚拟产品，必须始终保持以下条件才能继续使用SFI：

1. 商店好评（> 4.8）

2. 与装运相关的不良评论最少

3. 由于装运而产生的退货退款最少

4. 没有“假货”

5. 仅将运输渠道用于虚拟商品清单

*假货是指将订单状态更改为“已发货”，而不是在同一天实际发送订单

不遵守这些服务标准可能会导致访问使用SFI船舶您的项目。

允许继续使用SFI的项目类别有哪些？

只有项目类别中的项目才能被允许继续使用“已包括运费”。

Removal of Shipping Fee Included

With effect from 28th September 2020, the shipping channel "Shipping Fee Included" (SFI) will no longer be available to all sellers. Exceptions are only be made for sellers selling virtual goods (e.g. e-vouchers)

If you are not selling virtual goods, please proceed to update your listings to reflect appropriate shipping channels. Sellers who are not selling virtual goods will have "Shipping Fee Included" removed on the 28th of September.

To find the appropriate shipping channel for the items you are selling, you may refer to article.

For virtual products, the following criteria must be consistently maintained in order to continue using SFI:

1. Good shop ratings (>4.8)

2. Minimal bad reviews related to shipment

3. Minimal return refunds due to shipment

4. No "fake shipment"

5. Use of the shipping channel only for virtual good listings

*Fake shipment refers to changing the status of orders to 'shipped' but not physically sending out the order within the same day

Non-compliance to these service standards may result in of access to use SFI to ship your items.

What are the item categories that will be allowed to continue using SFI?

Only items in the item categories will be allowed to continue using "Shipping Fee Included".

To view the categories of your products, you may go to:

Seller Center > My Products >Batch Tools > Mass Update > Download the DTS info report

I want to absorb the shipping fees for my buyers. How can I do that without using "Shipping Fee Included"?

Under My products > Product details, under shipping fee, click on the pencil icon beside the shipping fee.

Select "I will cover the shipping fee", then click "Apply".
